About ReFood ReFood AD plants operate as fully integrated recycling facilities, transforming food waste into renewable electricity, heat, and ReGrow – a nutrient-rich fertiliser supporting local farms. We also recycle food waste packaging, offering waste producers a safe, compliant, and environmentally sustainable alternative to landfill. The Role We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Doncaster site. This is a field-based, customer-focused role where you will play a key part in growing our food waste input volumes while maintaining strong margins and excellent service standards. You will work independently, managing your own territory, while being supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative wider team. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase food waste input volumes Visit prospective customers locally, delivering point-of-use materials Manage and develop existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Monitor trading levels and identify opportunities for additional business Prepare and negotiate quotations in line with agreed pricing strategies Coordinate transport arrangements to ensure correct service frequency Gather and maintain up-to-date local market intelligence, including competitor activity and pricing What We are Looking For Good standard of formal education Ideally experienced in B2B new business sales Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload Strong relationship-building skills across different organisational levels Commercially astute, financially literate, and business-aware Confident negotiator with strong analytical and influencing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word What We Offer Competitive salary Company car Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work in a growing, sustainability-focused business A role where your contribution directly supports environmental change Applying Please forward Your CV and covering letter to.
