We are supporting a fast growing premium grab and go brand in the UK.
This is a founder led business with big plans. They are growing quickly with new openings, new partnerships, and new revenue streams. The product is high quality, the brand is clear and strong, and they are becoming leaders in their space.
The Role
This is the first Head of People hire. You will build the People function from the start and work closely with the founders and leadership team.
You will have real ownership and the chance to shape how the business grows through its people.
