The Role
As a Total Rewards Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our global reward, benefits, and recognition programmes. From leading annual reward cycles to driving high-impact initiatives like job mapping, benchmarking, and M&A integrations, this is your chance to make a measurable difference in how we reward, retain, and recognise talent across DAZN.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the UK Annual Salary Review (ASR) and bonus processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
* Manage global job evaluation, benchmarking, and re-grading projects (e.g. WTW), providing analysis to support data-driven reward decisions.
* Oversee global benefits and recognition programmes, including vendor management, renewals, and programme improvements.
* Support the delivery and administration of long-term incentive plans (LTI) and retention programmes.
* Drive reward and benefits workstreams within M&A integrations (c.1,500 employees).
* Prepare UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and ensure readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
* Support employment tax compliance, including PSA and STBV reporting.
* Continuously review and improve processes, tools, and employee/manager experience across reward.
* Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
What You'll Bring
* Significant experience in reward and benefits management within a global business.
* Proven track record leading annual reward cycles and global benefits programmes.
* Strong knowledge of job evaluation, benchmarking, and grading methodologies.
* Experience supporting M&A integrations and harmonising reward policies.
* Familiarity with UK employment tax compliance and related reporting obligations.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.
* Excellent stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
* Leadership capability with experience managing and developing people.
* Knowledge of UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and awareness of EU Pay Transparency Directive.
