Are you a Senior Site Manager interested in joining a leading quality house builder on a brand new development in Shropshire ?
There is an exciting new opportunity to join a well-established national house builder in the North West to manage a brand new build housing development consisting of 2, 3 & 4 bed high quality homes starting in Spring 2026. Reporting to a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting, checking build standards and overseeing health & safety and quality.

Experience / Qualifications Required:
* Proven track record of Site Management with a new build housebuilder
* Experience of managing sites from out of the ground through to completion & handover
* Either academically Qualified BSc Construction Management or HND/HNC or equivalent or solid trade background and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
* Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ and meeting NHBC standards
* Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
