Role Purpose: Responsible for the safe execution of concurrent projects for projects at Rolls-Royce. You will ensure that projects are delivered to meet JLL's & Rolls-Royce’s standards in regards to safety, quality and programme, whilst complying as a Principle Contractor with current CDM legislation. This includes compliance with MS18 and CSO6 Rolls-Royce standards. You will be qualified in a related trade e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, roofing etc. What you will be doing * Provide Health and safety leadership to your site delivery team, promote behavioural safety improvements and carry out regular site manager safety audits reporting findings to the management / safety team. * Support the project risk management process and ensure effective controls are established to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the project. * Delivering projects to programme as set by the senior management team. * Support project opportunities where identified, to realise, maintain and improve the commercial project performance. * Promote, develop and maintain effective client/stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance the company's reputation at site level. * Support where required the mandatory reporting of KPI's, Good Catches/Near Misses (GC/NM), accidents and incidents are carried out as per JLL and Rolls-Royce procedures. ...
