Freelance Working Site Manager
Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: £300 Per day
Pay Method: Ltd company or CIS
My client is seeking a working site manager for a school refurbishment project in Bristol.
This is a hands on role and will suit a manager who is willing to get involved with laying flooring and assisting with carpentry works.
Duties:
1. Oversee day to day site operations on an active school project
2. Assist and mentor carpenters and site operatives where required
3. Maintain excellent health and safety standards
4. Ensure the site remains secure, organised and clean at all times
5. Produce and maintain site paper work including RAMS, daily records and progress reports
Experience:
6. Proven experience as a site manager
7. Strong Carpentry Background
8. Enhanced DBS Certificate
9. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
