I am currently working with a leading contractor who specialise in the leisure & hospitality markets. Due to a number of upcoming projects, theyve asked us to source Site Managers to work on hotel extension schemes in the North West. This is part of an on-going framework with a blue chip client and projects are due on site from early April. Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply: We are looking for experienced Site Managers whove taken new build projects from commencement to completion Youll need to be IT literate and confident completing relevant H&S documentation, inductions etc. Youll need to hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid & valid a CSCS Card Although youll be supported by an experienced team, we are looking for somebody with the experience and confidence to lead the site on a day-to-day basis These positions will offer longevity, projects are circa 6 months in duration but the pipeline of works in the region is incredibly strong.
