The Role We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Customer Service Manager to lead and develop our customer service function at our March site. This is a key leadership role within the management team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, driving operational excellence, and embedding a high-performance culture aligned with our KPIs and values. If you are commercially aware, customer-focused, and passionate about developing people, this is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilites: Lead, coach and develop the Customer Service team to achieve KPIs, OTIF, SLA compliance and customer satisfaction targets Act as senior escalation point for complex customer issues Drive operational excellence through planning, prioritisation and performance management Analyse performance data, identify trends and implement improvement actions Work cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Dispatch, Quality, Finance and Sales Lead continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and customer touchpoints Embed a culture of collaboration, accountability and customer-first thinking About you: Proven experience in customer service and people management experience. Strong track record in team management, process controls, forecasting, and planning. Fully conversant with sales order processing and stock management systems.
