HR Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Contract: 6 Months contract
Day rate: £230 paye and £330 Umbrella

What You’ll Do
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding on complex people matters, organisational design, and performance management.
* Partner across global functions to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law, staying ahead of legislative changes and best practices.
* Use data and insights to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement across diverse teams and time zones.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a fast-evolving, matrixed environment.
* Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* International experience and comfort working across time zones is a plus.
* Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
