About the Role:
As a Senior Manager, you will lead client projects across a wide range of reward and performance topics. You'll play a key role in advising UK and international organisations on their reward strategy, incentive design, job architecture, regulatory compliance, and broader people-related challenges. In addition to technical delivery, you will support business development, team mentoring, and the evolution of new service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead reward consulting projects from scoping through to delivery
* Design and develop engaging reward strategies, job architecture frameworks, and incentive plans
* Advise on evolving regulatory topics such as EU Pay Transparency
* Benchmark pay and benefits, and develop total reward solutions including wellbeing and recognition schemes
* Build and maintain client relationships at a senior level, acting as a trusted advisor
* Present findings to executive stakeholders and support decision-making
* Contribute to internal capability building, mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge
* Take ownership of commercial outcomes, proposals, and negotiations
* Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging issues
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in a reward-focused role within consultancy or a corporate HR setting
* Strong technical knowledge of reward strategy, compensation frameworks, and market practices
* Business development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and grow client relationships
