As Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the support function — ensuring outstanding service delivery, efficient processes, and a strong customer-first culture. Key responsibilities include: • Leading, developing, and motivating a team of support professionals (including analysts, first-line support, and outsourced partners) • Managing day-to-day operations and customer escalations • Implementing and enhancing service standards, tools, and processes • Building long-term relationships with customers through consistent, high-quality interactions • Contributing to senior leadership decisions and reporting on key performance indicators • Identifying additional revenue opportunities through services outside of existing contracts ________________________________________ What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive and experienced leader who brings both strategic insight and a hands-on approach.
