Exciting opportunity for a New Homes Sales Professional in the Torbay area with a basic salary in the region of £32,000 and on target earnings £45,000 – £60,000 per annum. Full Time hours, 35 hours per week – Thursday to Monday 11.00 am to 6pm with an immediate start!
Are you a property sales professional with at least 2/3 years’ experience looking for a change into New Homes and or progression, with an award-winning company? Is your site coming to an end and you need to line up a new site or are you just looking to gain experience with a national developer. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of excellent customer service and target sales to join this award-winning developer in the South Devon area.
Duties will include:
* Greeting visitors, answering enquiries over the telephone and face to face
* Maximising opportunities when registering new applicants, arranging, and carrying out viewings, following up and feeding back to developers
* Negotiating offers with applicants and developers
* Carrying out sales progression and successfully making referrals to mortgage lenders and conveyancers
* Complying with property ombudsman and making sure all paperwork in place.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong customer service, negotiation, and sales skills
* Good knowledge of the local housing market and the geographical area
* Great people skills and able to work well under pressure and to target
* Able to interact with people and be always professional
* Smartly presented and able to work weekends
* Computer & IT literate with good literacy and numeracy skills
Full Time hours, 35 hours per week – Thursday to Monday 11 am to 6pm with an immediate start!
