The Role
Supported by training, you will work within an established customer portfolio, handling warm leads and enquiries, using top outbound sales tools. The role involves selling pre-printed tags, labels, printer ribbons, RFID tags, and cleaning kits.

Core Responsibilities
* Processing orders, monitoring lead times, and managing order progress with strong administrative skills.
* Applying sales and investigative skills to develop business.
* Utilising CRM systems for lead follow-up and sales processing.
* Gaining knowledge of media solutions and their applications.
* Handling proactive and reactive sales calls to generate growth.
* Providing excellent customer service, liaising with other departments.
* Responding to enquiries and providing quotes.
* Creating clear, professional written communications.
* Representing the company positively and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
* Meeting sales KPIs and adhering to business practices and codes of conduct.
Experience/Knowledge
* Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales processes.
* Experience in a customer-facing sales role.
* Numeracy skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel; interest in technology is a plus.
* Track record of achieving targets.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
