Overview
We are seeking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated HR Administrator to undertake a unique role supporting a hearing impaired HR Advisor with note taking for 19 hours per week as a Job Aide, fixed term until September 2026.
The successful candidate will be required to provide a note taking service, either face to face primarily in the Fylde area or virtual via MS Teams. The note taking will be required for a variety of meetings, including formal disciplinary, grievance and sickness meetings and hearings.
When notetaking is not required you will provide a comprehensive, customer focused and efficient administration service supporting the Human Resources Directorate in assisting the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.
Your role will involve 19 hours per week as a Job Aide working alongside a hearing impaired, Band 5 HR Advisor supporting them with note taking/secretarial support.

Responsibilities
* Provide note taking support for meetings (disciplinary, grievance, sickness) and hearings, either face to face (Fylde area) or via MS Teams.
* Deliver a comprehensive administration service to support the Human Resources Directorate and the Trust’s objectives when not engaged in note taking.
* Work alongside a hearing impaired HR Advisor, providing note taking/secretarial support as a Job Aide for 19 hours per week.
Qualifications
* Previous administration experience supporting a busy team
* Ability to manage time and workload effectively, working to deadlines with limited supervision
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* Ability to be dynamic, speedy and accurate whilst remaining calm under pressure
