Senior STEP Developer
We’re looking for a Senior STEP Developer to support the implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM) solution as part of a large-scale digital transformation for a major European retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and configure MDM solutions using the STIBO STEP platform
* Set up data models, workflows, validations, and user roles
* Develop integration interfaces using ETL/ELT/API patterns
* Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional business and technical teams
Requirements:
* Strong experience delivering STIBO-based MDM solutions across domains such as Product, Vendor, and Factory
* Deep understanding of integration patterns (event-driven, ETL/ELT, API)
* Hands-on experience with STEP accelerators in a retail context
* Expertise in PDX, PIM, and MDM architectures
* Solid understanding of the retail sector
