Job Purpose:
The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the companys quality management system (QMS), ensuring that all products and processes meet or exceed customer expectations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, this role will champion a culture of quality, efficiency, and innovation throughout our design and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and improve the QMS (ISO 9001).
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
Oversee quality control in design and production.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with UK standards.
Investigate issues, implement CAPA, and train staff.
Monitor KPIs and collaborate with teams and suppliers.
Requirements:
5+ years in quality management (manufacturing/design).
Expertise in QMS and continuous improvement methods.
Leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
