Our client, a leading fastener manufacturer in West Midlands, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with a background in metals who is ready to transition into the fastener industry. Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Provide accurate quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts efficiently.
* Respond to customer enquiries promptly, delivering an exceptional level of service.
* Identify new sales opportunities and actively contribute to business growth.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Experience in the metals or fastener industry is essential
* Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
Package & Benefits:
* Monday–Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm / Friday 8:30 am –2:30 pm
