I am working with a client who is looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a busy HR function. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, working closely with the HR Manager and wider business to deliver an efficient, people-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sift and screen CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, and support the early stages of recruitment.
2. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager across a range of HR processes
3. Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including documentation, right-to-work checks, preparing wee packs, and arranging inductions
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
5. Draft HR letters, contracts, and internalmunications
6. Support with general HR queries from staff
7. Assist with ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required
About You
8. Previous experience in an HR, recruitment, or administration role
9. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
10. Confident working with confidential information
11. Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
12. A positive, people-focused approach
13. Strongmunication skills and a willingness to support colleagues across the business
14. Proficient with Microsoft Office andfortable learning new systems
