Job Description
3. Provide comprehensive HR advice to team members and managers
4. Implement effective HR policies and procedures
5. Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions
6. Facilitate employee development programmes
7. Assist in performance management processes
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Officer should have:
9. A degree in human resources, business, or a related field
10. Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law
11. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
12. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
13. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
14. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, FMCG environm
