The Role at a Glance
This is a key position focused on developing a core group of high-value reseller partners within the UK’s DataCapture market.
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of around 250 resellers, but your real focus will be the top 20-30 partners - working closely with them to build trust, grow business, and help them reach five-star partner status.
You’ll be their first call when new opportunities arise - positioning MOBILIS as the go-to brand for rugged accessories, mounting and charging solutions, and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with top resellers in the mobile IT and DataCapture space
* Create structured plans to elevate partners to five-star status
* Lead commercial conversations, manage pricing (via internal tools), and collaborate with the wider sales team on larger projects
* Visit key partners regularly, building rapport and staying top-of-mind
* Drive partner training, product enablement, and brand engagement
* Identify new business opportunities and recommend targeted reseller recruitment
* Support marketing activities where relevant (events, incentives, partner campaigns)
What MOBILIS is Looking For
* Solid knowledge of the mobile IT / data capture / AutoID market
* Experience working with resellers, distributors, or integrators
* Confidence managing accounts commercially and strategically
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Self-directed, proactive, and organised, you’re trusted to manage your time and accounts
* UK-based, with flexibility to travel regularly to meet partners
* Full UK driving licence
