Internal Recruiter - Nottingham | Hybrid | Full-Time with Commission & Benefits
Are you ready to make a real impact from day one? We’re looking for a people-driven, ambitious Internal Recruiter to join our Talent team and play a key role in attracting top early-career hires and supporting the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
* Build and maintain talent pipelines; proactively source candidates on various job boards
* Post job adverts, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews
* Manage candidate communication and share feedback with stakeholders
* Support careers fairs, recruitment events, and hiring initiatives
* Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and handle confidential information
* Ensure an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our employer brand
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
* Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
* Resilient, proactive, and ambitious
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administration is an advantage
