General Catering Manager – Silverstone

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, 2 Saturdays a month paid at time and a half
We are looking for a passionate leader to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury high‑end environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth service, exceptional standards, and outstanding guest experiences.
* Maintain financial control, monitor budgets, profitability, and cost efficiencies.
* Ensure brand alignment by delivering innovative, on‑trend dining offerings.
* Create a VIP guest experience by providing top‑tier service and memorable moments.
About You
* Proven experience in a similar role in a high‑end restaurant or hotel, with solid background in managing fine dining operations and events.
* Solid understanding of financial controls, P&L management, and budget optimisation.
* Passion for maintaining brand integrity while staying ahead of culinary trends.
* Excellent team leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and develop staff.
