Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)

What You’ll Do
As HR Administrator, you will:
* Provide HR administration support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes and leavers
* Maintain accurate HR records, systems and documentation
* Produce HR correspondence including offer letters, contracts and employee communications
* Act as a first point of contact for HR queries from managers and team members
* Coordinate HR meetings and support with documentation and administration
* Assist with HR reporting, compliance checks and maintaining KPI trackers
* Support payroll, benefits administration and wider HR projects where required
* Support recruitment administration including posting adverts, coordinating interviews and candidate communication
* Help ensure HR policies, systems and processes remain accurate and up to date
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
* Previous administration experience within HR or a professional office environment
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems
* The ability to manage confidential information professionally
* A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or A-Level equivalent qualifications
Desirable:
* Experience working in a high-volume HR administration role
* Familiarity with systems such as ADP, MAPAL or RotaOne
* CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD accreditation
