Care Quality Manager Regional Elderly Care Location: Northern Ireland (Regional Post) Hours: Full Time Salary: £53,500 Reactive Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly regarded elderly care provider to recruit a Nurse-qualified Care Quality Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of care homes across Northern Ireland. This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity for an experienced Quality professional who is passionate about raising standards, driving compliance, and supporting Home Managers to deliver exceptional, person-centred elderly care. The Role Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the Care Quality Manager will take full responsibility for quality assurance and regulatory compliance across multiple homes. Key responsibilities include: Leading quality audits and implementing measurable improvement plans Supporting services through RQIA inspections and ensuring inspection readiness Providing hands-on guidance to Home Managers and clinical teams Delivering clinical training and supporting workforce development Driving operational and quality improvements across the region Building effective relationships with commissioners and external professionals Producing regular quality reports for senior leadership This role requires regional travel and flexibility to support services operationally when required. Essential Criteria Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMC PIN Proven experience working as a Quality Manager within elderly care homes Strong knowledge of RQIA standards and regulatory frameworks Experience conducting full-service audits and implementing change Experience supporting Home Managers and leading teams Strong communication and influencing skills Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK The Person We are seeking an energetic, clinically sound leader with a systematic approach to quality improvement.
