An exciting, fast paced and scalable role has become available within our rapidly growing business, that has seen growth of up to 220% in the last year.
We are seeking a highly driven, outgoing and adaptable individual to assist with our continued growth. The suitable candidate will have a major focus on developing, streamlining and building our existing sales department.
Duties
* Outbound sales strategies
* Automating current process and implementing key changes to scale
* Meeting prospective clients either face to face, or via web calls
* Assisting with client onboarding and client liaison duties
* Dealing with inbound sales enquiries and follow up
* Working with the team on new initiatives to help grow the business and improve process
* Possibility of team leader/management roles in the future
The suitable candidate should have the following:
Essential:

* Comfortable being on the phone
Desirable:
* Full UK driving license
* A background within the financial industry
* Team leader/Management or Sales experience

* Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm
* Fridays 9am – 4pm
