Due to the launch of a brand-new development, they are looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join their team on a flagship scheme in Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a long-term project of approximately 350 homes, offering strong earning potential and career progression within a supportive and growing business. The Role As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales on-site and delivering an exceptional customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion. Key responsibilities include: Managing the full sales process from enquiry to exchange and completion Delivering high levels of customer service at all stages of the buying journey Conducting viewings and demonstrating show homes Managing the CRM system and maintaining accurate records Working to sales targets and achieving KPIs Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams Ensuring the marketing suite and show homes are presented to a high standard Requirements Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused IT literate with experience using CRM systems Full UK driving licence and flexibility to work weekends
