Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an internal fit out project in Uttoxeter. This is a well-run, short-term project with the potential for further contract work or a permanent role for the right candidate.
Role
* Managing day-to-day site operations on an internal fit out project
* Full responsibility for health & safety on site
* Coordinating and supervising sub-contractors
* Managing deliveries and site logistics
* Liaising with Building Control and ensuring compliance
* Ensuring works are completed to a high standard of quality
* Reporting progress and maintaining site records
Requirements
* Valid SMSTS qualification (essential)
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on internal fit out projects
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Experience with joinery / shop fitting works (advantageous)
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme
* Strong communication and organisational skills
