This role would be suitable for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager who is looking for a role they can grow and develop with as thepany grows. The role sits at the heart of the organisation, and you will be the go-to person for all HR!

Your new role
We are looking for an HR Generalist who enjoys working in a fast-paced organisation with a varied workload. My client is looking for an HR professional who can work closely with the senior leadership team and advise on good practice and take a lead on developing and implementing HR policies and practices that drive the business forward.
Other day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Implement HR policies in line withpany requirements and provide clearmunication to employees
2. Review and roll out updated HR policies, ensuring legalpliance and best practice
3. Manage thepany HR system
4. Supporting employees through their on-boarding and probation periods
5. Set up and oversee the staff Performance Management framework
6. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle; advertising, CV shortlisting, interviews, right to work and offer letters
7. Monitor HR trends and implementing suitable strategies
8. Work with the senior management team to implement a suitable approach for the wellbeing of employees
9. Lead on managing conflict resolution, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
10. Support line managers in managing sickness/unauthorised absence
11. Provide internal training to line managers
12. Oversee the training and development programme for thepany
What you'll need to succeed
13. Qualified or working towards level 3+ in HR Management / CIPD qualified
14. Excellentmunication skills
15. Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team
16. Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law
17. Knowledge / experience with LMS systems
18. People-oriented and results-driven
