We're partnering with a highly respected organisation that manufactures premium technical products and is committed to delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. They are now seeking a Quality Manager to lead their company-wide quality function and ensure robust compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
This is a fantastic leadership role for someone who is passionate about driving continuous improvement, elevating product reliability, and embedding a strong culture of quality across the business.
Core duties include:
· Lead, coach, and develop a dedicated Quality team, building a culture of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving
· Ensure effective quality control from incoming parts through to final product release
· Oversee product compliance, certification, and safety requirements
· Analyse product failures, lead root-cause investigations, and drive permanent corrective actions.
· Monitor customer feedback and warranty data to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and Technical Support
· Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
· Lead internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of actions.
· Establish supplier quality metrics and spearhead supplier development initiatives
