Duties

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service periods.
* Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to ensure it meets our high standards.
* Participate in inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting any shortages or issues.
* Support the serving staff as needed, providing assistance with plating and presentation of meals.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential; restaurant experience is highly desirable.
* Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
