As they scale rapidly, they are looking for a highly organised individual to support their People and Sales teams. The Role This is a unique, dual-focus position sitting at the heart of the business. You will split your time between driving end-to-end recruitment and providing vital administrative support to the commercial sales team. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Tech, Ops, and Sales roles—from direct sourcing on LinkedIn to conducting first-stage interviews and managing onboarding. Sales Support: Create and issue accurate sales quotes using established pricing models, ensuring speed and consistency to help the sales team close deals. Stakeholder Management Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Hiring Managers to ensure everyone is aligned and the business momentum never slows. About You You have experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) and a flair for commercial administration. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment where accuracy and speed are critical. You possess strong "push-back" skills and the confidence to manage expectations with senior stakeholders. Please note this is an onsite role.
