Director of People & Culture Immediate start available 12 month Fixed Term Contract Greater Belfast Flexible & hybrid work pattern We are hiring for our client, a dynamic, global organisation, who are seeking a Director of People & Culture to join their Executive Leadership Team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a critical appointment for an experienced and hands-on HR leader who can shape and deliver the people strategy while ensuring the successful execution of key organisational priorities across multiple regions. Immediate availability is essential. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of People & Culture will play a pivotal role in driving leadership capability, talent and succession planning, employee engagement, reward governance, and organisational change.
