Sales Representative required to join our Expanding Team Selling Natural Stone and Engineered Oak

Are you a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven individual looking for an exciting sales opportunity? Look no further We're seeking a Sales Representative to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team, selling top-quality stone, and engineered oak products. What You will Do:

· Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers in the showroom or over telephone. Talking through each project and understanding their needs to deliver solutions and sales.

· Product Expertise: Become an expert on our stone and engineered oak products, ensuring you can confidently educate customers and provide recommendations.

· Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, exceed targets, and contribute to the company's overall growth.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team, sharing insights and strategies to collectively achieve success.

What we are Looking For:

· Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and ability to meet targets.

· Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the benefits of our products.

· Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships by assisting clients achieve their flooring requirements in addition to developing repeat business through trade contacts.

· Self-Motivation & Time management: A proactive, focused attitude with the ability to complete tasks, both independently and as part of a team.

· Computer Literacy: The use of a sales CRM system & Microsoft Office.

· Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in selling stone, engineered oak or other home and lifestyle or construction products is a plus, but not required.

· Working Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 5pm + occasional Saturdays 09:30 – 12:30
