The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated instructor to join the small friendly team at Tile Barn Outdoor Centre on a temporary contract. Hampshire Outdoor Centres consists of four centres, three in Hampshire and one in Wales, and has a reputation of operating to the highest standards of excellence and professionalism. It is essential you have teaching/instructing experience and hold two of the following instructional qualifications; CWI, ERCA, Archery GB Instructor or MIAS level 1 Instructor. You will be enthusiastic, motivated and believe in the value of outdoor learning. We are looking for an individual who will be able to work through our training and assessment process in a positive pro-active manner and, therefore, become operational as soon as possible. In this role, you will spend most of your time with groups. You will be delivering taster sessions to a range of different groups, with our main customer being primary aged school children, whilst you will be required to work evenings and weekends including overnights as a duty manager.
