JobDescription
Due to continued growth, we are nowseeking a Human ResourcesAdministrator to join our HR team at ourCorby site.
AsHR Admin you will be responsible for taking ownership andcoordination of the HR administrative function in all HR areas asrequired, ensuring a consistent functional approach, accuracy,reliability of information and close team working with the Group HRteam, reporting directly to the Senior HR BusinessPartner.
This is a full time, permanent positionMonday to Friday 9am to 5pm offering acompetitive salary, package and the opportunity to work with aforward thinking market leader.
Jobresponsibilities of HR Admininclude:
* Coordinatingthe output of the HR function for the full employeelife-cycle.
* Respond to general administrativequeries (email and phone) in a timely and helpfulmanner.
* Produce HR statistics and reports anddistribute to appropriate audience, including Group, within agreedtime frame.
* Generate other HR-specificreporting data, as requested.
* Coordinate withkey interfaces on HR processes andprocedures
* Accurately advise managers on thecompany HR policies in a timely manner.
* Timelyproduction of letters including but not limited to ER letters,maternity letters, references etc.
* With supportfrom the HR Advisors, provide assistance to managers in order toresolve Grievance, Disciplinary, Well-being or Flexible WorkingRequest matters as required.
* Follow the rightprocess for psychometric testing, organise testing process andadminister psychometric tests at appropriate sites, support themanagers with advice on the recruitment process andguidelines.
* Ownership of employment contractand Service Agreement templates ensuring consistency and accuracyfor issuing and circulating,
* Produce and sendout contracts and offer letters to all new starters within thebusiness which contain the relevant content corresponding to theTier in which the employee sits i.e. Policies, healthquestionnaires,
* Ownership of the ContractReview and Benefits matrices ensuring they are current and accurateat all times
* Maintaining personnel detail filesand managing personnel filing system,
* Monitorreceipt of new starters details such as passports, visas and 3/6month review and escalate as appropriate to relevant HRrepresentative
* Manage benefits process andprovide benefits information to employees within agreed timeframesand act as liaison between benefits brokers andemployee

* Ability tojuggle workload to meet business needs.
* Self-development and continuous effort to update knowledge on companypolicies and employment law
* Current, cleandriving licence and access to acar.
