Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR department
2. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
3. Coordinate documentation for onboarding, contracts, and employee changes
4. Assist with the preparation of reports, letters, and internal communications
5. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations
What We're Looking For
1. Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
2. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
