We are currently supporting a £50m turnover regional general contractor who are looking to appoint a Freelance Site Manager for an industrial new build scheme in Slough.
The project is already underway and will run through to December 2026, with the opportunity to move onto a follow-on scheme locally thereafter, with possibility of moving to permanent also.
The RC frame is underway and there is a strong Project Manager on the job already.
Project Overview:
Construction of £13m build cost hotel.
Overall external and internal package management with support from Project Manager
Basic MEP coordination
You will be working under a Project Manager, taking responsibility for driving day-to-day site operations and ensuring programme is maintained.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is a hands-on Site Manager who can drive the job forward
* Has experience delivering £10m+ construction projects.
* Is confident managing subcontractors and programme
* Comfortable coordinating facade, internals and fit out packages.
This is a long-term freelance opportunity with a well-regarded regional contractor and potential continuation onto a second project nearby.
