The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, absence management, policy compliance, and staff wellbeing. Working closely with senior leaders, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the school continues to attract and retain exceptional staff.
Experience and Qualifications
CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
Proven experience managing HR operations in a school or similar setting
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding and HR compliance
Salary
