You will be responsible for: Telephoning prospects to promote the company’s services and products Following up and qualifying leads from the CRM system Explaining the products and services offered delivering a scripted sales pitch Gathering information and verifying details Answering product related customer questions Ensuring CRM database is updated and managed Supporting the sales team with following up leads Supporting the End Customer Team with prospects Contribute to the BDM planner for appointments Requirements Previous experience working in a telemarketing role is essential Positive and engaging manner Able to be inquisitive, proactive and consultative over the phone Excellent communication skills and confident talking on the phone Previous experience using CRM systems IT Literate including MS Outlook and MS Excel Confident speaking to a variety of decision makers Able to work well as a team Strong customer focus with a high standard of service and attention to detail Benefits Reward & Recognition Cycle to work scheme Free Parking Free hot and cold drinks on site Bonus
