Our client is looking for an internals based Site Manager to join them on a project in Greater Manchester. This will involve a high spec fit out of a new residential complex bringing from 1st fix to completion.
Requirements:
: Experience with internal packages on apartments, hotels or accommodation
: Experience on projects GBP50m and above
: Experience with Tier 1 contractors
: SMSTS, CSCS
