Key Responsibilities Quote Management and Inquiries: Focus on creating accurate and timely quotes, responding to inbound inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring prompt follow-up for reports and responses to enhance partner and team communication. Operational Support: Assist in managing sales processes, documentation, and workflows to ensure seamless operations and optimal team productivity. Data Management: Maintain, update, and analyse sales-related reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Partner Coordination: Collaborate with MSP partners to address enquiries, share resources, and ensure alignment with sales strategies and targets. Sales Enablement: Organise and distribute sales materials, training documents, and toolkits to support partner success. Reporting: Generate regular and ad hoc reports on sales performance, partner activities, and operational metrics, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Process Optimisation: Identify areas for streamlining workflows and contribute to the implementation of improved systems and processes. Problem-Solving: Provide responsive support to resolve operational challenges and ensure high levels of satisfaction among internal teams and MSP partners. Required Skills Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks with precision and ensure the accuracy of data and processes. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations, business support, or administrative role, preferably within technology-driven industries.
