We are supporting a confidential client in the search for a Group HR Manager to join their leadership team during an exciting and demanding period of growth and change.
This PE backed business requires a generalist, with the role split approximately 90% operational and 10% strategic focus. It is a high profile postion, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Finance Director and wider Executive Team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:

Lead and manage the HR function, including HR Advisors and Officers.
*
Drive high-volume, fast-paced recruitment campaigns in a sector with high turnover and skills shortages.
*
Oversee employee engagement, retention and development strategies.
*
Provide pragmatic, hands-on HR support to managers, empowering them to resolve day-to-day issues effectively.
*
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and support through robust HR and recruitment practices.
*
Support the Executive Team with board reporting, workforce planning, and people-related projects.
What We’re Looking For
*
Minimum 3 years’ HR management experience in a comparable environment. (e.g. care, education, healthcare, hospitality, or related).
*
Strong generalist HR knowledge, including employee relations, compliance, and resourcing.
*
Proven experience working in fast-paced, highly regulated, people-intensive sectors (e.g. care, education, healthcare, hospitality, or related).
*
Resilient, hands-on leader with excellent interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
*
Comfortable in a fully office-based role alongside the CEO and FD.
*
Degree qualified (CIPD Level 5 or above desirable).
*
Full UK driving licence.
