Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive based at our Crewe Campus Office. The role involves inbound and outbound calling, generating new business, and closing sales to grow the company across its six integrated business units operating in 19 countries and nearly 3000 employees.
Base salary £25,000 with OTE over £50 k, competitive commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Contact potential or existing customers with pre‑determined sales scripts and templates.
* Answer product or business questions and drive conversations to understand requirements and close sales.
* Keep internal communications up to date and inform relevant teams.
* Use initiative to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
* Driven, target‑oriented approach and a drive to exceed targets.
* Agile mindset, flexible and open to new ways of working.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
