Your Responsibilities
* Advise customers on our products and services
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and enquiries
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
* Manage customer data and update CRM systems
* Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve targets
Requirements
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Sales-driven mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in sales or customer service – preferred
* Experience with CRM systems – an advantage
