Job Description
3. Provide administrative support for HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
4. Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Assist in the preparation of HR documentation, such as contracts and policies.
6. Coordinate training schedules and ensure compliance with mandatory programmes.
7. Respond to employee queries and provide guidance on HR procedures.
8. Monitor and manage absence records, including holiday and sick leave.
9. Support the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
10. Contribute to improving HR systems and processes for greater efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
11. Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a related field.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
14. An understanding of HR policies and procedures.
15. The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
