Our client is a privately held property developer and investor with a long-established presence across London and the South East. With a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, residential, and hospitality assets, they are now expanding their project team and seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee forthcoming developments in and around Warlingham, Surrey.
The project pipeline includes a mix of residential schemes as well as specialist healthcare facilities for supported living, designed to provide safe, high-quality environments for vulnerable individuals. This is a crucial appointment for the business, and they are looking for someone who will become a trusted and valued part of the team.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
· Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
· Maintain clear site documentation, reporting, and compliance records
· Uphold the highest standards of health & safety across all activities
· Liaise closely with internal teams, external consultants, and stakeholders
· Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the programme on track
· Ensure quality control at every stage of the build
About You
· Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential or healthcare construction
· Strong understanding of building regulations and site safety
· Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
· A trustworthy and honest individual with strong communication skills
· Able to foster positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and the local community
· Full UK driving licence
