Milk Education is working in partnership with education settings to recruit a reliable, proactive, and committed Site Manager to join a professional site team.
This is a key role for an organised and hands-on individual who is passionate about maintaining a safe, clean, and secure environment for learning. Working under the direction of the Site Manager and reporting to the School Business Manager or equivalent, you will support the day-to-day management of the site and help ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
✨ The Role As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site
2. Ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-maintained
3. Supporting the supervision and coordination of site and cleaning staff
4. Carrying out routine checks and minor maintenance tasks
5. Responding promptly to issues and supporting smooth daily operations
6. Working collaboratively as part of a supportive and professional team
