Our client, a highly respected national housebuilder, is seeking a confident, driven and organised individual to join the team and run a phase on a large multi-phase residential development in Wantage, Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities: * Overall site management and delivery of the residential development * Managing build programs and all daily site activities * Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams * Ensuring health & safety compliance at all stages * Quality control and customer satisfaction * Reporting progress to senior management * Coordinating NHBC inspections and handovers Requirements: * Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on residential projects (volume housebuilding or bespoke) * SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified * Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and UK building regulations * Ability to lead and motivate a site team effectively * Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills * Experience managing programmes with 50 units preferred If you think this role is a good match for you please send a CV to Lucy using the contact information below
