About The Role
Key Responsibilities
* Sell a wide range of new and used vehicles tailored to individual customer needs.
* Guide customers through the entire vehicle‑buying journey, delivering solutions that meet their requirements.
* Follow up and convert leads from CRM systems and other sources into successful sales.
* Provide expert advice on finance, insurance, and related products (full training provided).
* Build strong, lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales progress, and customer interactions.
* Consistently deliver exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven sales experience (minimum 1–2 years) in a target‑driven environment.
* Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for working with people.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to achieve and exceed KPIs while converting leads into sales.
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
* Full, valid UK driving licence.

Required Criteria
* At least 1 year of previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets.
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English.
* A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office.
Desired Criteria
* Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous.
