As HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both the production output and R&D programmes, embedding Pulpex’s values and ensuring you meet their ambitious goals. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, acting as both a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, and performance management.
* Administer HR systems, records, and benefits with strict GDPR compliance.
* Drive employee engagement, communication of policies, and training initiatives.
* Support operational delivery by aligning HR with production and R&D objectives.
* Champion Health & Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* Play a key role in implementing a new HR platform to support business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven HR leadership experience, ideally within a manufacturing, R&D, or FMCG
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A proactive, compassionate, and collaborative style.
* Technical confidence with HR systems, MS Office, and documentation management.
